The parties may commence negotiations earlier.ī. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 303, Public Laws 1968 and Chapter 123 of the New Jersey Public Laws of 1974, the parties agree to commence collective negotiations on a successor agreement promptly after October 1st of the calendar year, preceding the year in which this Agreement expires.
